  • School me on receivers

It's been about a million years since I looked for a new car receiver

    Wants:

    double din
    2.5mm, usb, bluetooth connectivity
    touchscreen

I don't particularly want DVD or GPS capability. And if it's an older (not too old) model that would help in the price category. Would just like some suggestions as my little bit of browsing was fruitless.

Very few will offer 2.5mm. Some will have 3.5mm. Kenwood is a good value for non-navigation units. Buy the features you want instead of avoiding the features you don't. In other words, don't avoid a unit because it has DVD and you don't want it. Most units will have DVD and only oddball products won't.

Kenwood DDX418 has everything you asked for and more.

make sure it has multiple channel out if you have amps. I tried to use a pioneer reciever with my mach460 and I lost fade because I had to splice the rca cables to one channel.
