federal minimum wage is 7.25, are you making them file 1099?

I'm not really sure. I know if they don't average minimum wage we make up the difference. Most of my guys average 10 to 13 an hour so that's not really an issue. I just got promoted to service manager so some of the corporate side of things I still have to learn.
