I am in full support of wearing all gear/helmet when riding but I also don't think the government should regulate it.

I dont generally believe in the govt regulating safety to the extreme that they do ( like fuck the FDA for instance)

I figured most people aren't morons and know this stuff.

just make it law already. Tons of idiots around texas don't wear helmets. After all, they're fully in control of whether an accident happens, duh!
