  • Need a recommendation for protien powder

for a teenager that is in competitive sports.

My son will be 16 shortly, and he has signed a contract to play AAA hockey. He is very competitive and goes to the gym with me. He, like any other young man, would like to put on size. I am feeding him well, but he would like a post workout protien powder.

    Any pointers?

Matt, I like the Body Fortress Whey in Vanilla with Vanilla Soy milk as a mixer.

I tried the Syntha Six but I didn't like the gas it gave me.
Fuck you. We're going to Costco.

Syntha 6 is very tasty and smooth. I use that or Gaspari myofusion. I always thought body fortress was chalky and gritty.

Save some money and drink some low-fat or skim Chocolate milk. Mix some BCAA's in.

Myofusion hands down, tried lots of them, IMO no comparison.

Twinlab or Optimum Nutrition with a teaspoon of Creatine added to it every day after working out. Then a teaspoon of L Glutamine when going to bed.
