  • Since winter is here, and the racing season is "over"

It's time for the "best of videos".. post 'em up.

Here's a good one from 2006-2007 that I've seen before, but it's a good one. Lots of dumb-dumb moves here.

    Of course, there's Wolfe..

              Pussies? pfft...

              325HP is for pussies!

When you make power, you have to have "some" downtime..

and blew your load in 8 seconds....I get a rush for 20 to 40 minutes and sometimes 3 hours in the lemons car and 100 other idiots on the track at the same time! That would be like 10 years worth of drag racing without ever getting out of the car!

Just a question, is the new 5.0 legal to run in your chassis in your current class?
When the government pays, the government controls.

Yes, but you have to choke it down as it makes too much power for my car's weight. It would bump to AIX or ST1.....or the car would have to weigh 3500lbs. Plus it sucks for good torque....and they have lost a few of the 5.0's due to oil problems....not sold it's better than my motor for longevity.

I'd consider installing one if it were less than $10k by the time you do the wiring harness and exhaust mods..... Right now the plan is trick flow heads and new cams this offseason. Need about 30hp to get to my new class numbers for ST2. Just bolting on Hoosiers netted over 2 seconds a lap...30 hp should net another 1.5 to 2 seconds depending on the track.
