That is what i did yesterday T-bones and Butter Fly Pork chops. I figured if i have to eat the traditional meal today at my wife's family Chrismas Eve was Grilling time. Look's great nice combo man.

Exactly, I will get my dose of traditional today at my aunt and uncles house.

Steak and lobster on the grill....

Cooked some filets for most of the family and a rack of lamb for my sister and I. Also had twice baked potatos, roasted Brussel sprouts and green beans.

We had cheese enchiladas, black beans, rice, tamales from san antonio with chile con carne, guacamole, two salsas, one homemade salsa dona(blended jalapeño), then a dip made from the salsa Dona and sour cream, sausage and ground beef queso, and chorizo and green chile queso. Then for dessert I made my bourbon pecan bread pudding with vanilla bourbon whipped cream.

Enchiladas and chile con carne before heating the enchiladas.
