    My wifes company is hiring sales support staff. This is an 8:30-5:30 M-F job located near downtown dallas. They are looking for someone with a design background but if you have sales support and customer service experience that helps as well. Pay is in the $28k-30k range depending on experience. If any of your wives or girlfriends are looking for a job this may be good for them..

    Sales Support

    DESCRIPTION
    • Responsible for inside sales support with customer contact, interface with outside vendors and coordination of internal customer satisfaction related efforts
    • Perform administrative duties in support of the company’s sales and customer satisfaction goals
    • Provides support to customers from start to finish, proposal, scheduling, and coordination with time-lines of all entities through project completion
    • Assists clients with fabric and furniture selection
    • Checks stock, reserves, and sends CFA’s for fabric
    • Writes quotes, calculates yardage, and advises lead times on furniture
    • Follows up on quotes and fabric reserves with clients and manufacturers
    • Must be deadline-friendly with a positive attitude

    EXPECTATIONS
    • Enter quotes and orders
    • Follow up on specs
    • Back up to receptionist
    • Provide superior customer service
    • Prepare order status reports for the showrooms
    • Freight/shipping quotes
    • Assist showroom sales people, designers, architects with questions and stock availability
    • Supply clients with ETA on their orders
    • Post/file shipped orders
    • Follow up on existing quotes in the system
    • Call for balances
    • Good attendance arriving on time
    • Answering phones
    • Ability to handle difficult customers
    • Positive conflict resolution
