The following is a video of a seminar about the technology of ancient cultures. It's thoroughly interesting to see the things they had so long ago. We find that they had drills which can go down ten times further than our modern drills today. We find aircraft trinkets a thousand years old. We find batteries and capacitors in ancient Egypt. We find advanced mathematics being used for constructing pyramids both in Egypt and the Mayan cultures. We also find that the Mayan calendar is more accurate than the calendar we use today, and it agrees with the Bible that the age of the earth is 4000 BC. We find the Ten Commandments inscribed on tables in Mexico which are a few thousand years old. We find that "cavemen" have larger brains than us, stronger bones, stronger muscles and better eyesight (the speaker explains how we know these things in the video), almost as if man is devolving rather than evolving. Interesting thought to contemplate.

The video is 47 minutes long. Very interesting stuff. In the middle of the video, the speaker goes off on a tangent about the Bible which can technically be skipped which may save you 10 or 15 minutes if you'll keep skipping forward till he goes back to technology. Enjoy!

I'm just going to point out your evolutionary idiocy once again. Evolution is not directed towards an ideal...natural selection simply adds pressures that select for traits that better fit the habitat. The idea of "more evolved" in terms of being a better or more "advanced" organism is a fallacy. The only correct usage of "more evolved" would be an organism that has had more trait changes, whether or not they have increased the organism's position on the food chain.

Also, FYI, bigger brains != smarter.

It's energy expensive to maintain complex brains, stronger bones, stronger muscles...so in situations where an organism wouldn't need stronger bones or muscles, there will be natural selection against such traits, generally.

This speaker is just as lacking of a good grip of evolution as you are.

Carbon dating only works when it's convenient for religion. How do you think they determined the Shroud of Turin that popped up a while back was fake?

Does anybody wanna know why the Mayan calendar is more accurate than anything the Europeans came up with? Because instead of executing/arresting their scientists, the Mayans utilized their knowledge...maybe not in the most honest ways at times (supposedly) but never-the-less they listened to them. Not call them a heretic only to apologize centuries later.
