  • Superbowl Food?

I'm curious what DFWM is making. Looking for ideas as well. My stand-by is sausage-queso and chips, but I'm looking for other good, quick things as well.

Quick? No no no. This is an all day affair.

You get your ass off the couch and make that wife/gf cook you a feast.

    I will be having,
    -Homemade egg rolls.
-Wings, not ordered, painstakingly awesome sauce wings.
-Pizza. Locally made. We're talking real Italiano 18 yr old chick working the register and the rest of the family blabbering in the kitchen authentic.
-assorted truffle soft cheeses platter w/ sausage 'n shit.
-BEER. The kind that comes from fairy tales. You start drinking the second that TV turns on.

Boston butt, 2 racks of ribs, brisket, and a few wings. Should be a full day, pun intended.

How hard is it to cook brisket on a gas grill??

I plan on cooking all day long and wondered if I could add this to my superbowl food fest.

If you're going to do that, why not just throw it in an oven? Season it, wrap it in foil, & throw it in an oven at 275 for 6-8 hrs.
