What's your fuel pressure like at idle and when you're accelerating?

Hangs at forty on idle, i tried to dial back the regulator and it stayed at forty
When i rev it up to 4500 she falls back to thirty five psi
I cant tell you what it is when im driving my fuel pressure gauge is under the hood

What fuel pump do you have in the car?

What is your timing set at?

Did you ever reset your TPS voltage? 1.01 is too high. Anything from .88 volts to .98 volts is good at idle. This is in reference to your other thread.

Then you want to make sure the sweep of voltage to WOT is clean. If it jerks around on voltage, then you'll need to replace the TPS. Using an analog voltmeter with a needle is preferred when doing this test.
