Virus/malware that restarts the comp after 1min.

Anyone know how to take it off? It's on my grandmas computer

Start the pc in Safemode w/ networking and dl/install ccleaner. Clean ALL temp stuff then check the startup tab under tools for an obfuscated program name. Disable it/them if any are listed then run a full scan w/ malwarebytes.

If you're unsuccessful w/ any of this and have access to the PC, I should be able to take care of it via remote if you'd like.
