Any exterminator recommendations?

Not sure what I have, but it seems like after a good rain, I have some black flying type of bug on the wall in my bedroom. Looking online, it looks like it might be carpenter ants or maybe termites? Regardless, think its time for the professionals.

Me and 2 others in my office use Western Pesticide. They come out every qtr. and if I see any bugs in between visits, they come back for free. Have not had any living unwanted things in my house since! They treat the outside and inside, takes about 45 minutes per visit I think.
