Already paid for my lower but they have a really nice m-4 kit for $510.. This will be my 1st assault rifle... yay or nay? The kit sells everything i need to build it

The parts look like a decent deal, nothing super though.
The only thing that makes me hesitate from ordering would be the fact the website is new (or I think it's new because of the incompleteness in some parts).
For example, I added a 11.5 upper to the cart, and when I went to the cart, there was a line that said:
You may want to add some instructions for using the shopping cart here. (defined in includes/languages/english/shopping_cart.php)Comment
