what's the deal, can or should you wax over polyseal like MeguiarsĀ® Polymer Sealant

They make several. What's the procedure. wash, clay, polish, seal, wax

use a buffer, orbital buffer, hand

I want to do something to my boat (gelcoat) motorhome (bunch of different surfaces) and my easteregg racecar.
Don't worry about what you can't change.
Do the best you can with what you have.
Be honest, even if it hurts.

You are correct in wash, clay, polish, seal, wax. I like dual action buffers like the Porter Cable 7424 because they don't have a forced rotation which can burn through clear coat if you don't have the experience on them

Skip the d/a on gelcoat and go straight to a rotary. D/a on gelcoat does pretty much nothing
