Backup for Small Business

I am looking for something to backup about 10 laptops when they are docked at their office. I have two servers, one running their DC and the other is a ESX server so I can pretty much throw anything on it. They travel about 4 days a week and remote in to access software. Pretty much, just backing up their my documents.

Are you looking for something like a Drobo or backup software like BExec?

why not just use group policy to redirect their my documents then sync them when they go offline?

Then just backup the server?

we use acronis true image and store them on our external hdd.
