The bushing removal was quite time consuming, be sure and support the open "C" in the arm or it will try to collapse it.

ait hammer will work the old bushings out pretty well, flat tip to the ledge, work your way around.

One of the ball joints in the lower control arms had already been replaced, I didn't think this would be a problem but I found out that these stock LCA's are only good for 1 ball joint job because the replacement joints blow out the hole a bit so it's a good press fit, I ended up tacking the new ball joint to the arm to keep it from having any play. I ordered motorcraft ball joints and they just appear to be moog joints with a motorcraft name on them.

Good to know These were especially a bitch, they were flared out for some reason so I had to cut off the end of the bushing to where it was flush with the control arm lip, air hammer still would have been useful. I need to get those UCA's from you, are they still at the shop or at your house?

I found someone who sells sphericals, but not for sn95 arm's, I may just order the fox sized ones and make an adapter sleeve, would love to run sphericals here.
