I am on my second (replacement) T-Mobile My touch -the first and second were a complete peice of crap - locked up with "FORCE CLOSE" all the time and even told me it did not support the video format I was trying to play, while playing back a video I took with the damn phone.
Anyway, I just got the "update" they sent out. It took about 10 minutes to download / install and it has made everything better and everything seems to be working like a charm now.
question:
Does anyone else have this phone? have you received the update and is it still working well? I was about to call to get a completely different phone but I like this phone and if it's going to keep working well I will keep it.
