Dad needs a HDTV Tuner

Dad got a hold of a old Samsung DLP that is only HD ready. All the tv needed was a new lamp, and is working great. My Dad doesn't have Dish Network, or any other channel provider; so he needs a HD Tuner.

Shopping for a HDTV tuner is very sketchy; I guess the market isn't very big for it. Anyways I hope some one can recommend a good HDTV tuner with ATSC and QAM built in.
