What do I do????

My friends computer came back from geeksquad with no speakers working. They also forgot to instal the drivers for the DVD drive. So I thought I could fix it and just instal the correct speakers from add device and use the drivers from HPs website. Well I did that and now all it does is start up, says it's installing the drivers then restarts. And I can't get it to stop.

She didn't ask me to fix it but I thought I'd be a hero and try. Try to do a nice thing and it blows up!! So what do I do? lol? It's an HP Pavilion dv6737nr. Thanks in advance!!

Just buy her a new computer and call it a day, just don't forget to tell her the truth. Tell you what you did and what happened and that you are sorry.
