  • What are you eating today?

    For those that bring their lunches, I am just curious what you are having?

    Tonight, I'll be having some grilled chicken breasts and grilled fish, with probably some carrots and spinach.

    Just wondering how healthy everyone is eating with the contest going on and all...

    Me:
    XF cinnamon roll protein and oats(already ate half of it, lol)
    Pineapple and Strawberries
    Marinated chicken breast meat, asparagus, carrots
    1lb of chicken meat and 6" wheat sub
    80 gram XF PB protein, flaxseed, egg whites, and a splash of water(I keep it in a thermos and it stays like a slushy all day long!)

      Had a protein shake, will eat 2 grilled chicken breasts, a can of fiesta corn, sugar free jello, sugar free pudding, small serving of pineapple, and not sure what I'll eat after I leave work

        Steel cut oats for breakfast, apple and orange for mid morning snack, blackened chicken breast and lightly sauteed collard greens and mushrooms with a light honey drizzle, chicken salad on whole wheat crackers and a plum for mid afternoon snack. Don't know yet on dinner. Probably some grilled chicken from KFC since I can't stand over the stove for a while.

          Breakfast was the TrueProtein Orange cream with almond milk and Orange Juice
          Snack will be some macadamia nuts and cashews, with sunflower seeds
          Lunch is some of the Lentil Chili from Forrest's recipe
          Midday will be some granola and an apple
          After workout will be some Multigrain chips and natural Hummus, and some nuts
          Dinner will be some of the creole chicken and spinach I have left and some fruit for dessert
          Late evening will be some flax bread toasted with peanut butter

            I'm not in the contest, but anyways:

            Nutri-grain bar and water for breakfast.
            Eating a banana now with water
            Going to get a salad with some chicken for lunch and water
            Probably some almonds around 3ish with water
            Forgot to lay out dinner, so I have no clue, but it will be with water.

              Today- Breakfast: I've had a bowl of Kashi cereal LOL!
              Lunch: I'm not sure..
              Dinner: Chicken with veggies

                I had some fresh juice this AM... cucumber, asparagus, orange, carrot & kale.

                I had a handful of cashews and pistachios for a snack.

                About to eat a chicken breast and broccoli for lunch.

                Prolly a salad for dinner.

                  Breakfast was a bowl of Frosted Mini Wheats.
                  I "usually" have a mid morning snack. Today I was unable to since I was busy as hell.
                  For lunch I had a chicken leg and thigh and some rice that my grandma made.
                  I'll have a banana for mid afternoon snack.
                  I'm simply not sure about dinner yet but it will probably be another bowl of cereal since it'll be late. (I go to school after work then get home and work out)
