Like the title says.
B level tech should have some years behind him, own tools, and know how to use them.
Runner/builder should have common sense and the want to learn.
Both should want to learn from one of the most knowledgeable techs in the motorcycle game.
Our lead tech/service manager is Dean Phelps. Yamaha comes to him when they have an issue that they cant figure out.
