  • Factory Paint 'orange peel' polishing.

For those of you with new vehicles and orange peel, on the entire vehicle or just some panels, 3M has a system called Trizact. It's basically a p-3000 grit sanding system, it comes with a special hook and loop DA pad that uses the Trizact paper, they have a special compond but you can use most any polish.

Most mfgs. use at least 3 mils of clearcoat that should be plenty for the Triazct system as 3k grit only allows for the smooting of the paint and will polish put to a mirror like finish. In the video you can skip to the p-3k paper and black foam pad to polish out new car clearcoat and a good wax will take care of the swirlmarks, if you have a black or dark colored car then also use the blue foam pad and polishing compound for a complete swirl free finish.

Heres a Youtube video of the entire process.
Enjoy the videos and music you love, upload original content, and share it all with friends, family, and the world on YouTube.

Don't hate on Zaino because it requires a little work to remove it, next time have your wife go out there and remove it since your girlie arms can't handle a little hard work negro, lmao!

Just be careful around edges. It is realllyyyy easy to cut thru especially on factory paint.

I wouldn't recomend this for someone that does not have any experience w/ color sanding/buffing a car. Especially on a new car.
