  • AM Radio app

Does anyone have one for Android? I checked the Market but they all look radio specific for streaming, not radio.

While it is a streaming app, Tune In Radio has local AM stations

I was trying to find a non-streaming app, like the FM Radio app, since I am listening at work with no wifi.

So you are using the FM radio app that comes stock with the device correct? It doesn't work without headphones? If so, that app uses the onboard FM receiver to pick up FM. As far as I know there isn't an AM receiver in the phone.

Yea, I was afraid it just doesn't have the receiver. Oh well, guess I will just have to live without hearing the ticket still.

If you're not nearing your monthly allocation, streaming doesn't use that much.
