Trulucks never disappoints, but nothing will truly compare with how close you are to the coast. I was in D.C. back in June and made it a point to eat some sort of seafood with lunch and dinner just for the freshness of it.

Secondhand information, but I've heard the Boiling Crab at Walnut St and Plano Rd has the best crawfish and really good crab for the price.

Boiling Crab is pretty damn good.. its expensive but worth it.

I've almost gotten my crawfish 'whole shebang' boiling crab style down.
Some people say mine recipe is better, some say its okay. It's a mixed crowd

My 2 favorite places for Crawfish are Boiling Crab and Nates.

As for crabs, just go buy some and make them yourself, a lot cheaper.

My dad in law will bring crates back from Louisiana since he catches crabs (hahaha) for a living.

At the end of August I am going to Maryland for my Cousins wedding. That Friday night we are having a crab feast! I have never had crab as good as blue crab in Md seasoned with Old Bay.

That's real nice and all, and I'ma let you finish, but Tony Chachere's is the greatest seasoning salt of all time.

You can farm your own blue crab in damn near freshwater. I've been looking into it myself. I hate being in the middle of the US.

Gonna make some extra money? Just be careful. Some of those shellfish ponds get nasty real quick. The shrimp ponds in China build up mercury real fast.

Here is the first crab along with a Natty Bo beer. This was at my cousin's wedding rehearsal dinner in Westminster Maryland. Crabs were steamed by a local crab shack/pub.
