  • my "muscletech" experience...

jus thought i would share my success story here, i strongly recommend this to ANYBODY who is wanting to strengthen up and bulk up at the same time.
ok, well, in my 4 years in the army, i have NEVER worked out, until 3 months ago here in afghanistan, i started hittin the gym on a every other day basis. my lineup---- all muscletech products... gakic, luekic, creakic, myoshock hsp, nanovapor hardcore, intravol, nitrotech protein, and halo. first started off, i could BARELY put up 115 for my max bench press. i do chest/shoulders one day, take a day off, then arms one day, day off, etc etc... in just 3 months, i went from benching 115, now im EASILY puttin up 225. i'm curling 35 lb dumbbells now when i first started on 20 lbs. yea lol, i was a weak, scrawny motha fucka.... talk about ripped, no homo but now i look like im flexed all the time, jus bulked up. for my size, and only weighing 145 lbs, i would say thats a huge success. i stopped taking protein recently, still hitting the gym hard as hell, planning on hittin 300 on the bench in a couple months but its going to be hard. all i can say though, the stuff i listed above is DEFINITELY worth it for anybody who wants to easily get monstered up. hope ya enjoyed that, any questions jus ask.

Hard work pays off. There are a lot of good supplements out there, but if you don't push yourself in the gym and eat right you are taking that stuff for nothing.

lol it was definitely hard work, with the very limited gym equipment we have here and the lack of good healthy food, it was very hard to get where i am now. im not a big believer in the whole "eating right" thing though, i've always just ate whatever but i know my limits. it wasnt too expensive i guess, its close to 250 for everything, thats pretty much all they had at the PX down south in Jalalabad. had some other stuff as well, but very high in calories and carbs. yucky

I think in your case it's more about eating enough then eating right. You should be doing 2-2.5 grams of protein for each pound of your body mass. And 4-5000 calories a day.

Muscletech is an overprice product IMO. Congrats on your success, the numbers shows.. Don't over pay for a product because of the name brand. This is not the case of "you get what you pay for". Elite, ON, and other protein brand are just as good or even better for a good price. On the other hand keep it up man, keep hitting those weights and watch how you eat! That's the real trick imo..

very true. i was doing pretty good with the whole "protein intake" and calories thing, but i stopped takin it about a month ago cuz i got tired of havin to rashon it out to make it last when i started gettin short on the current jug i had. (we only go down south once a week and there is where i buy it) and sometimes when we are there we dont have time to go to the PX or anything. jus get there, dowload, upload, and out we go. sucks sometimes lol

I here ya brother, I'm in the Corps.

Can your family members send you protein? You can't gain without protein, your body will have nothing to build with. It's like building a house with no bricks, you just can't do it.

Balad AB Iraq. Not too much longer now though. I've been mainly trying to bulk up instead of get stronger. I've gained 11 lbs. My goal is to gain 15 then work on strength. I haven't tried musletech, mainly BSN products but I think they are probably close to the same thing.
