    40/30/30 seems to be popular on line (+/-5%).

    I just wanted to check and see what yall have had experience with.

    I don't really "bulk" persay, but I keep my macros around 60/10/30(protein/fat/carbs).
    I find that this combo works very well for me and what I do.

      Appreciated. I haven't had terrible results, I'm up about 20 pounds over 4 months while only going up 2% bf but with cooler weather coming I'm fine putting on body fat and bulking up.

      As I worked it out my BMR is 2094, with exercise I'm at 3455 calories a day.

      3455(.4)/4 = 345g protein
      3455(.3)/4 = 259g carbs
      3455(.3)/9 = 76g fat
