If I thought that I could put one together I would buy parts and build a nice rifle, but I figure that I would get a better machine buying one that someone else made. I am good at fixing them or cleaning them, but building makes me nervous.

RedX makes good stuff, got one of their uppers a while back. PSA has good stuff as well, they've had lower build kits for $79.99 for a while now but are all sold out. Mr. Flux also has build kits for sale as well

ok, some im looking at www.model1sales.com and the words "complete less stripped lower receiver."

what exactly does that mean? does it come with the parts for the receiver and i assemble.....is it completely stripped and i order a kit? explain

Its every piece to make a complete ar15 minus the serialized part, ie the lower. You buy a lower and one of those parts kits and you're set to build an entire rifle
