Done buying from PSA

Well, I have finally had it with these guys. I have ordered from them many times and about half the time had some kind of problem.

Takes forever on hold to get somebody on the phone.

Takes forever for them to ship.

Once I received somebody else's order that they had put my shipping label on.

Twice I received an order missing part of it. My last order that was missing something (order placing on 1/3), I called them 4 times in the last month and each time was told it appeared to be in stock and that they would go ahead and ship it. Finally received an e-mail saying yesterday that it was out of stock and they would refund my money. The website still shows that this part is in stock.

Bought a 6.8 BCG from them that has a misaligned gas key. When I called them they asked me to send an e-mail. Sent an e-mail and waiting to hear back on it, but I know they are out of stock so I'm screwed either way.

Before at least they had great prices and I was in no hurry. These days their prices are no better than Midway and at least with Midway they have great customer service, I get my shit in 2-3 days, and when their website shows something is in stock it really is.

I've had a few mishaps with them as well. Good luck trying to get them on the phone. I think they were a small company that exploded and they couldn't keep up with the demand. Rapid expansion can cause that kind of disorganization. It seems like they stepped in and handled business well with the lower receiver and lower parts kit group buy.

I got nothing but love for PSA. They've wronged me a couple of times but have more than made up for it. They are consistently trying to hire more people judging by their facebook posts. I think they have a few store fronts as well. Their website kind of sucks sometimes...especially when it says "In-Stock" and you can't add it to your cart. But....they aren't as bad as Mako group with their "in stock" 6 month lead time magazines.

Not to take away from your situation of course. That's some bullshit...through and through brotha.

Yeah, I don't think they're shady or anything like a lot of other outfits, I'm just tired of them screwing up so much.

I have 1000 rounds of ammo that should be here Tuesday. First time I have dealt with them.

Yeah, I have never had a problem with psa, but your situation sucks. Hope it get resolved.

While I realize that PSA stepped up on our group buy, buy they really do suck. Out of all the orders Ive placed with them I can think of one that wasn't screwed up. Its usually when I order multiples of a part, I only get one, even before the craze. I can deal with the wait, they are upfront about it but a screw up on every single order is nuts.
