Without my gun hobby. I would cut off my own dick and let the rats eat it...

quick question for those of you in the know: can i use a series 70 grip safety since i'm getting rid of the firing pin safety, or do i still need the 80?

OK gun you have there. It's no Glock, but not every gun is perfect.

I think you have to modify something to get a 70 series grip safety to fit, but it's supposed to be pretty easy. I bet there's a youtube video covering it. Don't be skurred.

That was him bringing the gun in to inspect it.

You can still use the same one. It just has an extra arm on it to push up the firing pin plunger I believe.

FYI, getting rid of the firing pin safety doesn't improve anything. A 70 series 1911 can discharge a round if dropped onto a hard surface if it strikes muzzle first.
Magnus, I am your father. You need to ask your mother about a man named Calvin Klein.

i'm not expecting anything to improve, i guess just one less thing to possibly go wrong. the spacer was only 6 bucks.
