  • pwr supply crashed and burned

It appears my several year old Coolmax V-600 power supply (rated 600w) has finally bit the dust. Any suggestions on where to find a good deal on something similarly powerful? Powering an ancient Asus M2N-SLI ATX tower with AMD Athlon X2 6400, 8gb of ram, a SATA 250gb SSD, one IDE DVD burner, and a Radeon HD 6570 graphics card. It will have to be online because I'm in NM and can't drive to Fry's or Micro Center.

Thats not a bad deal there....but I found this OCZ ModXStream-Pro 600W power supply on Craigslist for $25 bucks in the box here in Albuquerque and it works great:

Buy PC Power & Cooling ModXStream Pro Series 600 Watt 80+ Semi-Modular Active PFC Performance Grade ATX PC Power Supply (OCZ600MXSP) with fast shipping and top-rated customer service. Once you know, you Newegg!
