    We have HBO with Uverse TV service. I was always able to use my HBOgo without issue. All of sudden I try logging in to HBOgo and I get an error saying that it appears I'm not subscribed to HBO and to contact AT&T. AT&T's tech support is completely incompetent and say that it should be working. HBO says it's not their problem. I just want to watch some older series that aren't available through uverse on demand.

    Has anyone else had this issue and were able to resolve it?

    Wow. I just went through this same shit last weekend. Spent over 2 solid hours on chat with some idiot.

    1. Turns out we have 2 att log ins and I was using the secondary account and it wasn't going through. (Note: I've always used the secondary account without a problem)

    2. Primary log in still didn't work as I received the same error message "looks like you don't have hbo as part of your sub..."

    The tech then asked if I would like to be connected to their paid support team. He says "they handle all of the most complicated issues and that's all they do." At this point I'm about to blow up while simultaneously wondering why I wasn't connected to them within the first 30 minutes in the first place.

    3. Since the site would automatically redirect me to the error message I decided to open an incognito page and with the primary email address was able to gain access.

    The idiot on chat said "congrats, you pretty much fixed it yourself."

    First time I left chat wishing I had been connected to an Asian or Indian
