Picked up my new smoker Friday and broke it in this weekend. Pellets might be cheating, but I really like sleep. Did fajitas last night and then tossed a brisket on it over night.

I wanted to do a brisket but couldn't find anything worth the time. I guess all of the good stuff was bought before the weekend. I'm jealous. -
WHile I don't have a smoker, I do put Applewood chunks or Mesquite chips on the charcoal when I grill. It smokes like a freight train for 20 or so minutes and makes for delicious flavor.
