  • AR Parts laws (Via Mail)

    To those who may know....

I have a line on a good deal on an upper receiver from an owner in Oklahoma.

What are the laws concerning this (out of state) and what I need to know if I can do it via mail so I don't have to drive....

(Just did some research and seems to be that this should not be an issue... Am I correct?)

Pay for it and wait for it to arrive. No FFL needed.

The lower receiver is the part that is registered with a serial number, any other part (that isn't physically connected to a lower receiver) is as simple as packaging and mailing it off.
