    My wait begins 1/28/17

    I went to SV yesterday and put down the deposit and ordered my new SVI Open gun, right now they are quoting 12-15 months of wait time and I'm better on the longer end, which will help with the saving up for the price. Super cool guys and it was awesome to see the factory and how they make everything. They literally make EVERYTHING in house except the optics for the open guns, everything down to the smallest screw from billet steel/aluminum/Titanium.

    There isn't any one that looks like what I'm getting, but this one is very close. Biggest differences from the below pic will be the RTS mount and magwell annodized blue to match the trigger, and no cut out in the grip but there will be a small blue grip tape logo where the cut out is below.

        Ha, it's beautiful to me. And I'm going to use it for two things... USPSA open division and scaring the shit out of people at a gun range when they aren't used to the sound of 11 grains of powder behind a 124 grain bullet going through a comp.

                Yes, 38 supercomp. I plan to use about 11 grains of VV 3N38 under a 124 grain Montana Gold CMJ bullet. It will be extremely loud especially with the 4 Poole holes in the barrel.
