  • TLDR : Cop shoots DUI suspect as he exits crash

(try the link if it doesnt work) https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DKtSfzIiGJU&t

Older video, but it checks out :

By the way, he was found innocent by the DA.

How much longer will we have to go until we change the law so any settlements and payments for lawsuits like this come out of the police pension fund. I can tell you shit like this will end REAL quick when the "thin blue line" has to stop protecting the bad apples among them if they ever want to see a retirement.

Just did a quick search on the guy : they ended up charging him a year later for manslaughter...which is rather light, IMHO.

Thats very disturbing. He just double tapped that dude in the neck and reholstered his weapon like it was nothing. What does he expect that guy to do, not get the fuck out of the car?
I'm not a big FTP guy, but that's attempted murder if ive ever seen it.

The officer never told EMS that he shot the driver, either.

And yes, body-cams are great for protecting officers who really didnt do a damn thing and are fighting off bogus and bullshit claims of "abuse".
