                        Look, I'm all for busting on a liberal politician but folks need to use their own common sense. Also, are the evacuation routes sufficient to evacuate Houston and areas south of there? I know they open both sides of 45, but that road gets jam packed with no evacuation in place on a lower traffic weekend.

                        Seems like a good time to have a motorcycle and just lane split all the way up to oklahoma

                          That last big storm a few years ago was a traffic jam for a hundred miles. My family tried to leave, but didnt get anywhere and turned around back home.

                            Agreed, whatever this guy did or didn't do was guaranteed to be second-guessed by "experts" whose opinions were nowhere to be seen in the days prior to Harvey's landfall. We will never know how many might of died had a mass evacuation been ordered.
