    Expensive wheel chair donation

    My grandfather recently passed away. He was paraplegic and used a very expensive electric chair.

    Does anyone know of an organization that it could be donated to and given to someone in need, not resold

    Sorry for your loss. The Salvation Army and Goodwill should accept wheelchairs. I'm sure you could put it up on Craigslist and someone will take it off your hands.

      Don't put it on FB Marketplace unless you want messages in perpetuity that contain nothing but "Is this still available?!"

        I’d seriously consider pricing it out then putting it on eBay.

                  They'll be glad to take it assuming you are somewhere near Arlington. Scroll to the very bottom for contact info. If they don't use it it'll probably end up going to someone at a Shriner hospital.
