  • Picked up a new little project

Late 70s early 80s death machine. Runs but clutch is toast and needs a few small pieces

Damn it. I can’t get the pic to upload.

Thanks. For 90 bucks I couldn’t pass it up.

Friend of mine was killed riding one of those on Christmas morning after he got it for Christmas back in the 80's. Be careful and WEAR A HELMET.

are you guys implying three wheels are more dangerous than four? never ridden an atv but want one. what's the difference? 3 wheels seem easier to get stuck...is that the case?

WAY easier to flip it and break your neck/crack your skull.

That is exactly how my friend died...front end came up on him and he fell backward as the ATC flipped...crushed his skull. 4 wheelers are tremendously safer due to having basically double the weight on the front end which keeps the front end on the ground instead of doing unpredictable wheelies or in my friends case...completely flipping over.

It the side of my uncles warehouse building. Bent the shit out of the peg but I survived. The turning was delicate on one of those.

I nearly ripped my pinky off splitting between two trees on a 3 wheeler. The front made it, the rears didn't. My pinky stopped me from flying into a ditch,

That’s no bullshit. I learned to take any kind of incline straight on, especially when coming back down lol
