  • Replacing the clutch cable?

    The clutch cable in my 04 GT busted... how hard is it to fix yourself??

        Pretty easy, the hardest part is fitting under the dash.

              Oem ford cable is the only way to go.

                I have a bbk adjustable cable and firewall adjuster in the garage with less than 50 miles on it. I can install one in about 30 minutes now too. You really outta toss the plastic quadrant too.

                  OEM Ford cable,fire wall adjuster and double hook quadrant. Easy to do...

                      Yeah.. I got really good at it while going through a handful of them on our boy's old mustang..

                        I got good at them having owned 6 or so '80 to '97 mustangs. It will fail.... just when is the only question.
