The design looks like something from an 80/90's movie's which is some futuristic concept truck rolling around another planet in the galaxy. IE Total Recall or even maybe having robocop hoping out of it.

It is ugly but the look is growing me.

That last pic is hilarious to me.

Anyway yeah i was thinking the same thing about the sci fi movies. But you know, if you look at style trends, it was bound to happen eventually. Eventually they'll go through every style you ever saw in any movie. The automakers set the trends. Yeah they take ques but... they set the trends.

That said I have serious doubts that any production model would look like that. It would have other features that would downplay the way it looks now to a significant degree. Thus improving the look somewhat. And a lot of you guys seem really behind times when it comes to what is coming up soon with batteries. What you need to keep in mind is that the rate of technological advancement is accelerating.
