Did you go to the Lego store to get the extra bricks in the right color?
I've gotten most extra bricks by buying a couple of kids old collections.

            Whoah, that is impressive.

On another note: I got the Camaros done too...

Did you turn an old suitcase into a speaker enclosure?

Nope, but his buddy Jeff did. Samsonite!

Blake, have you seen this? There are a bunch of these videos here.

What Danny said. My buddy Jeff builds them out of vintage suitcases. Battery powered, bluetooth connected. They sound good too.

Awesome! Hadn't seen that, but it's cute as hell.

I'm putting the finishing touches on a 65-66 fastback built in Lego. I'll post it here when I get it done.

The Camaro drag race is even better... but DFWMustangs...

I think I like the red Porsche 917 the best.

What's the going rate for something like that? And is he looking to buy any more cases? I've got four I need to get rid of when the wife isn't looking.

He's good on cases. It's $300 plus parts (which average about $150) to build.

We got a sneak preview of Lego’s new Bucket Wheel Excavator at the Nuremberg toy fair earlier this year, but now we have official details on the monstrous set, which will come with over 3,900 pieces, officially making it the largest Lego Technic set to date.

Prices I've seen estimated at $400 - $450, but it completely motorized and has a dump truck that comes with it.

I doubt I'll buy it due to it being such a specialized piece, but it's cool none the less.

I wish they'd do a road grader and another D10 style dozer, or an American styled haul truck instead of that cab over multi wheel European crap they have.
