  • Hillary Clinton wiped her server clean

Ostensibly, this should derail any designs she has on the White House in '16. This is as brazen as it gets. It's pretty telling as to the depth of this scandal, considering that internally this act is probably considered the lesser of two evils.

Hillary Clinton wiped “clean” the private server housing emails from her tenure as secretary of state, the chairman of the House committee investigating the 2012 terrorist attacks in Benghazi said Friday.

Clinton was under a subpoena order from the panel for all documents related to the 2012 attacks on the American compound there. But David Kendall, an attorney for Clinton, said the 900 pages of emails previously provided to the panel cover its request.

Kendall also informed the committee that Clinton’s emails from her time at the State Department have been permanently erased.

They'll forget just like they forgot about Obama and his associates.

Then you'll have the ones that just want to see a woman, any woman, be president.

Meh---------------happens all the time. When it is needed. Oh, and for the record, even Fox News’ own legal experts came out publicly stating that she didn’t break any laws.

Why is everyone picking on Hillary Clinton -- they didn’t mind when President George W. Bush’s White House also used private email, pundit Juan Williams asked on Fox News Sunday.

The show’s March 15, 2015, pundit panel debated the importance of the ongoing controversy regarding Clinton’s decision to exclusively use a private email account, rather than a .gov account, during her time as secretary of state. In doing so, experts say she was able to circumvent transparency and records preservation standards.

Williams turned to his fellow commentator, Republican strategist and former Bush adviser Karl Rove, arguing that the email scandal during the Bush administration didn’t garner the same level of media criticism. Thus, the attention on Clinton is unwarranted.

"When Karl was in trouble back in ‘07, (there was) no press coverage, just about zero press coverage of this issue," Williams said, noting that he found just one Washington Post editorial criticizing the private email use.

"Juan, you are in a different reality, and I wish that I was there with you," Rove said.

That doesn't excuse it and that doesn't make it less wrong. You've been playing Captain Save-A-Lib lately. Pro-union?

I'm surprised there were any files in the first place. I figured there would have been a hard drive failure an all documents were lost when the new HD was installed

You are overlooking the fact that the clintons think they are way above the law and better than everyone else and they are probably surprised that anyone questioned them to begin with. That is why I think her responses have been so random and unrehearsed. At least Obama has the sense to know he will be questioned on some shit and has his team put a response in the teleprompter.

I disagree I think her answers seem rehearsed and crafted to appear nonchalant and as an oh oops moment.

We'll ever see this fiend as potus. With all they've got on her, they'd drag her name through the muck 6 times a minute until they had even the libs distrusting her. The dems would be a hell of a lot better off suggesting someone who didn't have such a bad history. Someone fresh that would be a lot harder to argue against and didn't give the right so much ammunition. They've got to be full blown retards if they allow her to be their candidate. I mean we know they are, but they've at least demonstrated that they sometimes know what it takes to win. They pulled obama out of their ass and it was a perfect match for the masses wanted to see. If they're smart enough to do that, I just can't see them ever wanting anything to do with her.
