  • Wrist Problems

I had surgery twice when I was younger for cyst removal in my right wrist.

I am 6'3" 185 and my wrists always give me grief when I lift. I am always popping them and even though I am doing forearm exercises nothing really seems to fix the problem.

I take joint support supplements which have helped but nothing has completely resolved the problem.

When I used to pitch in college my wrist would be tender and if I threw 80+ pitches I would have to ice it along with my arm.

Does anyone else have any similar problems and if so what did you do to resolve it?

It's not something that stops me from working out but it really is a pain and even though my right wrist was the one that had surgery both are giving me grief, thanks.

Would wrapping them help? My shoulder pops since my surgery and gives me trouble as well. I just have to go easy on it.
