  • Two A Days With the Same Body Part?

I recently started doing this out of necessity and I was wondering if anyone has first hand experience with this.

I have about 45 minutes to work out at lunch and then I come back after work to finish up for about an hour.

I have noticed that I am getting a lot more sore and it allows me the chance to work the part longer.

What is the downside to this?

Should I do heavy x less reps one session and light x more reps in another?

    Thanks for any help/tips.

Hmmm...interested too. I work out twice a day too, but mornings for cardio and evenings for weights. Interesting to know if it is beneficial to do two gym sessions for the same thing.

      Nope. Haha.

I even switched arms to fridays instead of tuesdays because chest on mondays uses too much arms..Been doing this about 4 months and added 3/4 inch just to my arms. I'm 6'3 and have longer arms then I am tall so thats pretty good.

I'd say light cardio warm up, then heavy weights in the mornings. Then afternoons/nights cardio.
