I know this is a long shot but has any one heard the the guy that bought it is in trouble with EPA and he is going to have to close it down? From what I heard is that Red Line people are talking to him about making it a track again.
    Any one know anything?

I heard it's empty now, no trucks.

I drive by it every day going to and from work. Nothing has changed with the facility.

I think they have used this location as an auction site in the past. Sometimes you drive by and it's full of junk, sometimes you drive by and it's empty.

Another example of not enough $ to pay for the loans taken! A great place to race.
              Some cars and a bike...

Some say... they have been raced, some a lot

I know this is an old thread. Just curious if anyone has heard anything about Dallas Raceway as far as if anyone is looking at opening it again or what it's currently being used for?

Oh well it was nice the one time I got to go. I saw the fiasco on Facebook about Redline guy led people on for a while about gonna do this, gonna do that, best track ever, ect. Then all the sudden out of no where they announced they wouldn't be opening to the public.

tv deal fell through. I heard he had decided to open it and the EPA showed up and assed things up.

Serves him right. I understand it's his track to make a decision on what direction to take it, but leading people on was wrong.
