  • Deer chili

I have lots of deer meat i am going to use this weekend, wanting to do like a deer chili to start with.

    I am thinking about:
    pound of ground deer meat
    pound of ground lean turkey
    1 large finely chopped onion
    small can corn
    some chili powder

maybe half a chopped green pepper(not big pepper fans)
:::NOW what liquor should be used, just use 2 cans of beans and their juice of use some kind of soup for the liquid..i dont really wanna use beef broth too many flavors counteracting maybe????..?

Replace the turkey with Jimmy dean hot brakfast sausage, and skip the corn.
