So my brand new Nexus 10 is apparently fucked. The Users option under Device in Settings doesn't exist. I have the most recent system update (4.2) and reset to the factory settings and tried again and still nothing. Two calls to Google support and now they are going to ask someone who actually knows what they are doing and get back to me. They think it's some sort of software glitch and may have to send me a new one. I've never encountered something like this before.

I was able to find some information with people having the same issue. It appears the 4.2.1 update fixes the issue but the trouble is getting it to update. If you manually check for updates it indicates it is up to date. I've looked into manually updating it myself but I don't really want to fuck with that kind of stuff yet. If it doesn't get the update pushed to it soon I might give it a whirl. -
I'll have to check mine to see if my multi-user works or not.
