    This has nothing to do with CHL..

    Yes you can as long as you are not committing a crime or in a gang, and can legally possess the gun. You can also carry it concealed between your home and your truck. Just nowhere else.

    All I was discussing was whether or not it really had to be concealed.

          Ya...but still, the whole reference nulls 46.02 with that in it, not just chunks of it. Still reads as to what you were first inferring.
