The only thing this issue tells you is that a candidate doesn't give a fuck about our country but only wants to destroy it no matter which side they waste time on.
It is not a bullshit issue. It is a legitimate discussion/argument about whether or not it is murder, which the government does have laws on the books for at both the federal and state level. So since the governement has made murder illegal, then something which may be murder might need to be regulated by the government at one level.

Besides that, I still want candidates (at least who I vote for) to not change their opinion on any issues just based on the latest poll. Even if I disagree with them on a few issues I want them to have well thought out opinions and stick to them unless they give real thought and consideration to new information (Scott Walker's claim to change on immigration, for instance). Trump changes his opionion constantly and seems to be based on the latest poll or who he is speaking to, which is just a standard politician who lies constantly. We have had that in the president for this entire century and most of the last one, and we don't need if again. I am not sure who the right candidate is at this point, or if there even is an honest one among them, but I know it is not Trump.

At this point I am willing to vote for Rand Paul solely based on his tax proposal. If he only did that one thing it would have a huge impact on the economy.
I don't like Republicans, but I really FUCKING hate Democrats.

I think everyone is missing the real action. Trump, whilst saying what's on every ones mind, and has the medias attention, is a moot point here. The talking heads will patter on endlessly about who's offended, who is gaining momentum, fueled by the sudden ability to say what might be on their mind. Meanwhile, back at the smoldering henhouse, Dere leader will be taking executive actions, usually at about 3:45 on Fridays, long after the press corps have left for the Hampton's. By the time Monday rolls around, another act in the 2016 dog & pony show will have gained every ones attention. Watch the battleship, ignore the submarine that will eventually torpedo the country. Unfortunately, I think Hillary is electable, simply because of a), the number of "low information" voters, and b) the number of dead/illegal bodies that will cast numerous votes. Lord knows I hope I am wrong, but think about this... in her quest for power, she will ignore much of the damage that will come home to roost on her watch. By the time her advisors convince her that the US is falling, it'll be too late. She'll be the one at the helm of the Titanic.

If Rand got elected: Faith in humanity restored. Its nice to see a dark shadow looming over the IRS for once. Instead of them being the only ones doing it to everyone else. Hope the worms are squirming

i think it cut the field down to around 5 . it is still a long way off but it showed the desperation of some and cool resolve in others . i just think thry wasted time on bs. much more serious shit to grill them on . trump is trump . he's a loud mouth yankee full of himself . but he has built in just about every country and dealt with their governments . i dont know how he would do but i doubt he would be intimidated by say putin or the chinese . that is a plus. could he let his military deal with world problems like isis and iran ? hard to say . i dont want anyone in the whitehouse that thinks they are smarter than a 30 military leader. every vet i know has the same thought , get the hell out of our way and let us do our job . that is obamas problem he thinks he knows everything . surround yourself with the brightest minds and the most experienced . that is what a leader does.

i am an original liberal . less big brother , less taxes , more personal freedoms.
if you claim to be a liberal today stop with the bullshit. you are a socialist , own up to it .

funny you say that, I got into a battle of wits with an unarmed liberal on facebook the other day, who i called out on being a socialist. He then claimed that american needed socialism to fix it.

He has given a lot of money to democrats, he is currently in favor of amnesty even though he has an image of being tough on the border, he is either pro or anti abortion, and he is so progressive he wants to confiscate money from the wealthy bank accounts to pay off the debt. So no, he isn't saying what he means, be is saying what hs thinks people want to hear, he is just louder than everyone else. Trump is a left leaning "republican" who only cares about the election and not about who is the best for the job. He doesnt give two shits about what is best for the country. In other words, trump is business as usual in american politics but people are buying his lies like they bought obama's both times. Nothing new here.

                    Yes.

I think it's great that Trump is involved. He is forcing certain issues to be brought to the forefront. He is not what this country needs in a President though. I like Rand. I'm afraid we will get more of the same if it's not Rand. I am trying like Cruz but I think I may not vote if Rand doesn't get the republican nomination.

i dont particularly want trump for president. to be honest i like cruz , carson is very likable, carly is as smart as trump i think . but i do believe if the rep party does not get off this business as usual shit we will see another dem in office. they have to realize the rep party alone is not enough. the majority of people see themselves as independents . sadly they get into that i just wont vote shit or i will write in my guy. this is the scariest election in my lifetime . i will vote for the lesser of 2 evils . i wont like it but i will do it to stop another obama socialist from getting elected and john kerry is exactly the same cut of terd as obama . he hates this country as much as obama .

if i had my choice trey gowdy would be in the white house .

Carly Fiorino (sp?) is another progressive, I suspect. I heard an interview with her and she didn't sound sincere on a single answer. She came off to me like she was just saying what she thought people wanted to hear. She is one of the ones I am bit concerned about since not having a penis will probably put her at top of the GOP's list, plus she probably plays the game like they want.

Everyone will vote for who they see best for themselves or the country. I refuse to vote for anyone because they are the lesser of the 2 evils. I won't condone any of those motherfuckers. If I'm going to vote for someone that I don't trust it will be for Obama's third term or for Hillary, same thing. If this country is going to bleed to death then let's rip the wound open and get it over with. We would be in the same boat if Romney had been elected but a lot of people would have let their gaurd down and not been paying attention since he was the lesser of the 2 evils.

I've recommended this here before but I urge every one to read the Declaration of Independence, specifically the indictments of the king.
