lossless image hosting

Recent upgrade from my $40 little smoker.. but I loved my little smoker and had great results with it. But the traeger cooks steaks great too.. still love the Weber kettle too though!

I have been mentoring a high school bbq competition team, and decided to try the kettle to have another option for them to use. Cooked a brisket on it using the snake method, it was great, and so simple.
